Since 1997, we’ve maintained and restored millions of square feet of horizontal and vertical surfaces across North America—meaning we take care of anything from your floors to your wood, metal, and upholstery.

Today, we deliver more than just floor and other surface maintenance—we create solution-oriented partnerships to help manage the interior assets of facilities across the country.

APEX Surface Care was formerly the maintenance division of Corporate Floors, a 20-year old commercial flooring company.

While APEX is providing the surface care, Corporate Floors provides flooring installation, and Texas Carpet Recycling diverts all materials from the landfill at the end of carpet life.

Working together or separately, we provide our clients with a total, turn-key flooring solution.
